- Set up the simulation of Congress. Set up the simulation of Congress by reading through Chp 12 Sec 1 together. We will read Chp 12 sec 1, discuss and divide our class accordingly. Focusing on language and procedures. Taking notes as to how we will set up congress for tomorrow. Wednesday- Simulate Congress Continued.

Look up current or PRECEDENT court cases. Debate the controversial cases. Wednesday - Hand out 10 precedent cases. Have each group decipher importance and meaning it may still have today.
